Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the Cameron, NC area. This part-time role focuses on late afternoon and weekend sessions, with flexible scheduling to fit families’ needs.

You will work under BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support each child’s progress in a supportive, growth-oriented environment at Kennedy ABA.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
