Job summary

Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Graham, NC. This part-time role offers flexible, late afternoon and weekend hours with a supportive team and professional growth opportunities.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to track progress in a safe, engaging setting.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel is required.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
