Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Roxboro, NC area during late afternoons and some weekends. This is a part-time role with flexible, supportive team dynamics and competitive pay.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-created plans, accurately collect data, and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure positive, safe sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification essential.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
