Kennedy ABA in North Carolina is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy, mainly late afternoons and some weekends. This part-time role offers consistent hours and a supportive team to help children progress.

You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to ensure safe, engaging sessions. A valid RBT, ABA experience, and reliable transportation are required; background check is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
