Kennedy ABA in Durham, NC is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during late afternoon and some weekend hours. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and work closely with families to support progress.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

Competenze

• Active and valid RBT certification (required).
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to clients' homes.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and some weekend hours.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
