Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will implement therapy programs designed by the BCBA, teach functional skills, and document progress notes while collaborating with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation. Opportunity for growth and scheduling flexibility in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
