Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy plans, track progress, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful skill development.

The role offers a flexible after-school schedule (15–20 hours/week), weekend work as needed, and opportunities for advancement with supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
