Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services across Georgia under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing ABA programs, teaching functional skills, and documenting progress in our data collection system.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification, be 18+, and ready to work with children with developmental disabilities. Flexible scheduling, PTO/Sick time, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check; consistent transportation and driver's license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
