Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for children in Georgia, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes implementing therapy programs, data collection, and collaboration with families to achieve functional goals.

Qualified candidates will have an active RBT credential, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. This position offers growth opportunities, supervision, and supportive team mentorship.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keids to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
