Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement programs, teach functional skills, and work closely with families to support each child’s progress.

We offer flexible after-school hours (15–20 hours per week), weekends as needed, PTO/Sick time, opportunities for advancement, and supervision by experienced BCBA clinicians, with additional pay for RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the ke d d o s to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
