Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring for part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA services across Georgia. You will work under a BCBA supervision, implement therapy programs, and track progress to support children with autism in daily living and communication goals.

We offer PTO/sick time, flexible scheduling, supervision by experienced BCBA, advancement opportunities, and referral bonuses, with additional compensation for holding RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check. Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
