Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-home case in Hickory, NC. The role is part-time, about 20 hours per week, with four weekday afternoons from 9:30am to 2:30pm. Compensation starts at $23 per hour for direct therapy, with paid non-billable time.

You will deliver direct therapy per the BCBA's treatment plan, collect session data, and collaborate with the BCBA and the family's care manager to support children on the autism spectrum in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability four weekday afternoons within 9:30am–2:30pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Coordinate with BCBA and family care manager for support.
• Maintain professional behavior and adhere to the plan.
