Job summary

Step Ahead ABA currently seeks an in-home RBT in High Point, NC, for Mon-Fri afternoons on a part-time basis. Compensation starts at $23/hour for direct therapy, with $10/hour for paid non-billable time and ongoing supervision from BCBA.

You'll work with pre-teen clients under a BCBA-assigned case, delivering 97153 therapy per the treatment plan, collecting data, and maintaining consistent attendance in families' homes. Transportation reliability is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon-Fri afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA assigned before you start; you receive the plan and family support.
• Supervision with competency assessments, observation, and actionable feedback.
• Record session data and submit notes; paid non-billable time.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support.
