Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Gastonia, NC team for afternoon in-home cases. Four weekday afternoons, 3:30pm–3:00pm, with Spanish a plus; pay starts at $23 per hour for direct therapy, with $10 per hour for paid non-billable time.

You'll work under a BCBA, delivering therapy per an established plan, collecting data, and participating in supervision and ongoing training. Flex hours help fit around family schedules.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability four weekday afternoons within 3:30pm–3:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-developed plan.
• BCBA assigned before start; receive plan, introduction, and family support.
• Supervision includes assessments, observation, and actionable feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; paid non-billable time is included.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical directors for support.
