Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision, delivering programs designed by the BCBA and helping children reach functional goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, supervision by experienced BCBAs, and support for BCBA degree pursuits, including tuition scholarship and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
