Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA services under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement programs, collect data, and support children with autism in developing communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by collaborating with families.
