Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time Behavior Technician roles to deliver in-home ABA services across Georgia under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy plans, track progress, and support families in developing communication and daily living skills.

We welcome both new and experienced RBTs, offering a flexible schedule, supervision by BCBAs, and opportunities for advancement as you gain experience in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the ke y kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
