Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring for a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services in-home and in community settings across Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and help children develop communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Pass a criminal background check; reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and daily living needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
