Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Orland Park team. You will provide direct ABA therapy to assigned clients under BCBA supervision, delivering play-based interventions and tracking progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, documentation accuracy, and ongoing professional development, including reimbursement for RBT certification and access to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort and ability to work with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
