Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy at our Schaumburg, IL clinic. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to deliver engaging, play-based ABA services to children with special needs.

The role requires a High School diploma and active RBT certification within 60 days. Flexible scheduling and supportive leadership are highlighted in our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
