Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Carol Stream, IL, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work closely with families to support each child’s progress and collect data for progress notes.

The role requires an active RBT certification (within 60 days of hire) and strong communication skills to engage with families and BCBAs. Competitive pay and flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Comfort with a variety of computer applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client data and complete documentation on time.
