Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, partnering with families to support each child’s progress.

The role offers afternoons from Monday to Friday (2–6 pm), competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, and reimbursement for RBT certification, along with benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
