Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work with families to implement strategies, collect data, and document progress to support each child’s growth.

This part-time role (Mon-Fri 1-6pm) offers competitive hourly rates, certification support, and benefits eligibility, emphasizing a collaborative, child-centered culture.

Formación

• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with documenting client progress and data collection.

Responsabilidades

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data accurately and on time.
• Maintain timely documentation and client progress notes.
