Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time hours at our Lockport clinic in Lockport, IL 60441. You will provide direct ABA therapy under supervision, collecting data and maintaining accurate documentation while engaging with families and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with various computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
