Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Orland Park, IL to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll collect data, document progress, and support families to reinforce positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision for feedback and guidance.
• Collect and record client data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
