Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support play‑based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on delivering direct services to children in a Plainfield clinic and building collaborative relationships with families.

You will implement therapy, monitor progress, and maintain accurate data and documentation, with scheduling Monday–Friday from 12pm–6pm. Competitive pay and certification support are provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision, ask questions, and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation on time.
