Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy Inc. in Geneva, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with BCBA supervision and families to deliver play-based ABA therapy.

You will implement direct ABA services, collect behavioral data, and complete required documentation, with a Monday–Friday 1-6 pm schedule. A high school diploma and active RBT certification within 60 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with children and families in ABA therapy context.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
