Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy to children with ASD.

You will work with a BCBA and a care team to implement programs, track progress, and communicate with families. Training is provided, including support for obtaining RBT certification, with on-site Clifton, NJ clinic resources and supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided
• Prior experience with children, ASD preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating)
