Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You'll work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred; we provide training and support to obtain it.
• Experience working with children with ASD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
