Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA, Clifton, NJ, is hiring a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to implement plans and track progress.

We provide paid training, supervision, and support to earn the RBT credential, plus opportunities for advancement and bilingual pay enhancements. A reliable schedule and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
