Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team, with paid training if not certified.

Not certified yet? We offer training and cover the RBT exam costs, plus premium pay for after-hours sessions, bilingual pay, weekly supervision, and strong advancement opportunities in a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred, but training provided.
• Experience with children, ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team.
• Use electronic tools to conduct assessments and track data.
• Attend clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care tasks as needed.
