Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in-home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, not required—training provided.
• Experience with children with ASD strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to provide in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Follow behavior plans and data collection procedures.
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team in meetings and supervision.
• Maintain teaching materials and program books.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to parents and caregivers.
• Assist with basic caregiving tasks as needed.
