Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a part-time QMAP to administer, pour and document prescribed medications under the Wellness Director’s direction. The role requires CO QMAP certification, high school diploma, and prior senior living experience. Schedule includes Sundays and other days to be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Administer and document medications per physician orders.
• Take vital signs prior to administration when required.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per MAR.
• Order medications timely and ensure delivery; notify Wellness Director if delays.
• Document meds after administration with date and initials.
• Observe for reactions/side effects and report to licensed nurse.
• Assist in care planning with the team; maintain safety and well-being of residents.
