Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a QMAP/Caregiver for a full-time role in our senior living community in Denver, CO. The position pays $21.00–$24.00 per hour (non-exempt) with comprehensive benefits.

The role requires completing state-approved Medication Administration training, a high school diploma, and prior health-care experience in assisted living or memory care. You will administer medications, document per MAR, and support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in assisted living or memory care.
• Must be able to read and write English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per MAR and physician orders.
• Order meds from the pharmacy 7 days before depletion and ensure delivery.
• Document medications given and initial after administration.
• Observe and report adverse reactions to medications.
• Take and record vital signs prior to meds as needed.
• Report medication errors to Wellness Director immediately.
• Assist with care plans and resident daily care tasks.
• Maintain resident privacy, safety and dignity.
