Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist licensed LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or as a licensed psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities in Palm Bay, FL and Stuart, FL. Flexible schedule with strong clinical and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist PsyD/PhD).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in mental health field.
• Experience with geriatric populations in long-term care settings.
• Ability to work independently within a clinical team.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
