Job summary

Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) in Boynton Beach, FL to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.

The position is W-2, part-time (one day per week), with pay-per-encounter and options to work across multiple care settings.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently within a clinical team with leadership support

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment
• Develop and update treatment plans with multidisciplinary team
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and coordinate care with facilities
