Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices for approval in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manages rent collection and deposits; maintains resident records.
• Oversees leasing from application to move-in and ensures occupancy goals.
• Enforces fair housing and landlord-tenant laws and house rules.
• Coordinates move-in dates with maintenance and rent-ready status.
• Maintains property management software and prepares notices to residents.
