Job summary

Point Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a part-time apartment maintenance staff member to support two Wisconsin properties in Chilton and Sheboygan Falls, working roughly 15–20 hours per week with on-call duties between sites. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting and HVAC, plus at least two years of full-time maintenance experience.

EPA certification and a set of hand tools are required; a valid driver’s license is essential for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a trade requiring basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
• EPA (refrigerant transition and recovery) certification.
• Own basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel between properties.
• Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to perform work at other locations in the area, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of the properties.
• Handle resident service requests and complete within 24 hours.
• Assist in distributing flyers and other materials.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Paint interiors and exteriors as required.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work as needed.
• Be on-call and participate in standby emergency schedule.
