Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in residential or related settings.

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service and repairs in plumbing, painting, plastering, HVAC, electrical systems or vehicle servicing.
• Complete apartment unit turnovers for new move-ins.
• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings, common areas and grounds regularly.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance and assist with major repairs.
