Job summary

Point Real Estate Management LLC seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and HVAC, and can work under the Property Manager's direction.

The role involves performing general maintenance, responding to resident service requests within 24 hours, and assisting in various on-site tasks. On-call duties and standby coverage are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
EPA refrigerant transition and recovery certification.
Own basic set of hand tools.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and respond to service requests promptly.
Perform general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.
Replace filters and clean air conditioning vents; replace light bulbs as needed.
Repair, replace, or refurbish fixtures, appliances, locks, and other components.
Assist in custodial tasks in common areas; maintain pool chemical levels.
