Point Real Estate Management LLC | PRM is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Oak Creek, Wisconsin apartment community. The role involves performing general maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC systems, under the supervision of the Property Manager.

You will work with a team to ensure high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in apartment maintenance, EPA certification, basic hand

Qualifications

2+ years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
EPA refrigerant transition and recovery certification.
Own a basic set of hand tools.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Willingness to work at multiple locations in the area.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and respond to maintenance requests.
Complete service requests within 24 hours.
Perform general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
Assist in custodial and grounds tasks as needed.
Maintain pool chemical levels and overall property cleanliness.
Make repairs to doors, fixtures, appliances, and shared spaces as required.
