Job summary

Wisconsin Management Company is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support five properties in the Athens, WI area. You will perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, painting, HVAC and electrical systems, and coordinate with the Property Manager. A valid driver’s license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle.
• Must be available for occasional night/weekend on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and appliance systems.
• Complete apartment turnovers for new move-ins.
• Address resident service requests promptly and conduct regular inspections.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist with minor landscaping.
