Point Real Estate Management LLC (PRM) is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support two Wisconsin properties, Chilton and Sheboygan Falls. The role involves electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC, and general upkeep with on-site work and rotating on-call duties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of full-time maintenance experience, EPA certification, their own hand tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience or a related trade.
• EPA refrigerant certification is required.
• Own basic set of hand tools and valid driver's license.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Willingness to travel between two Wisconsin properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance at two properties in Chilton and Sheboygan Falls.
• Execute electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Replace fixtures, lights, faucets, doors and flooring where required.
• Assist with custodial and grounds maintenance and safety duties.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours and support on-call coverage.
