Job summary

ACC Management Group seeks a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Wisconsin. This 16-hour-per-week role includes on-call responsibilities to assist with maintenance emergencies and resident service requests as needed.

The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turns, grounds upkeep, and ensure the overall appearance and functionality of the property. Prior apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect properties.
• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance inspections of apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Handle plumbing tasks including faucets, piping, toilets, sinks, and unclogging drains.
• Conduct groundskeeping and exterior upkeep, including seasonal snow and lawn care.
• Complete unit turnovers within ACC policies and deadlines.
• Respond to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes of the call.
