Job summary

Wisconsin Management Company in Beloit, WI is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for our community portfolio. The position requires a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and basic tools to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and related tasks.

On-call rotation may apply. Candidates should have two or more years in maintenance, be able to lift 80–100 pounds, pass on-call shifts, and work well with residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Requires two or more years of experience in maintenance field or in a related area.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, have a reliable vehicle and maintain current vehicle insurance.
• Must be available for occasional night/weekend on-call.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical capabilities to lift 80-100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, HVAC, and other residential maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service and repairs in plumbing, painting, plastering, HVAC systems, electrical systems or vehicle servicing.
• Complete apartment unit turnovers for new move-ins.
• Complete resident service orders timely.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and common areas regularly.
• Paint and patch drywall as needed.
• Consult with Supervisor on major repairs or contracts.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance.
