Job summary

EMBREY in San Antonio seeks a Concierge to deliver exemplary customer service in person and by phone for guests and residents at Coopers Row. You will maintain visitor logs, escort people through the property, and assist with deliveries and requests.

The role requires a friendly, professional image, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office. This is a part-time, hourly position reporting to the Community Manager, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One-year concierge experience in property management or a similar position.
• Class A Multifamily experience, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional image
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Maintain visitor lists and logs.
• Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces.
• Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request.
• Follow up on maintenance work orders.
