You will engage guests from arrival to departure, collaborating with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure seamless service and memorable stays. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive front-of-house guest service experience.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and anticipate needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for The Cooper's and Beemok Hospitality Holdings in guest interactions.
• Maintain communication with guests during stay and own guest requests.
• Tailor guest rooms and experiences to guest preferences.
• Provide welcome and check-in experience for arriving guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure seamless service.
• Engage with guests pre- and post-stay to enhance their visit.
• Lead during peak times and manage shifts with the team.
• Practice safety and professional standards in all interactions.
