Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional service to guests and residents at Coopers Row in San Antonio, TX. You will manage visitor logs, escort guests and vendors, and ensure lobby areas stay clean while coordinating package delivery and maintenance follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of concierge or property management experience, a professional appearance, basic MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license. Part-time, on-site role with EMBREY benefits offered.

Qualifications

• One-year concierge experience in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Professional image.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain visitor lists and logs.
• Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces.
• Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request.
• Follow up on maintenance work orders.
