Job summary

AHRC New York City is seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator to support the Austin, Texas area. You will help run the day-to-day program operations, ensure high-quality customer service for our contract partner, and support neurodiverse employees.

This on-site role offers 20-25 hours per week and a pay rate of $22-25 per hour. You will supervise program participants, coordinate scheduling and timesheets, and serve as the liaison between contract customers, the local rehab agency, and AHRC NYC.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and project coordination experience.
• Experience in working with neurodiverse individuals or special education is highly desired.
• Some HR or training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of the supported employment program, including scheduling, timesheets, staff communication, and troubleshooting.
• Provide a high level of customer service to contracts and management, maintaining positive relationships to expand contracts.
• Serve as liaison between contract customers, local partner rehab agency, and AHRC NYC.
• Be the face of AHRC NYC in the Austin region for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships.
• Develop and present training materials for contract customers and participants.
• Coach staff as needed and reinforce site standards.
• Provide on-site support to program employees and fill in when necessary.
