Job summary

AHRC NYC is seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator for the Austin, Texas area. This on-site role supports day-to-day operations of the supported employment program and ensures high-quality customer service for our contract partners and neuro-diverse employees.

Pay rate is $22-25 per hour, with a schedule of 20-25 hours per week. The coordinator will supervise program activities, manage timesheets, and liaise with contract customers, local partner rehab agency, and AHRC NYC to address issues.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service & project coordination experience.
• Experience in special education or with neurodiverse individuals is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, able to take charge, compassionate and curious.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of the program, including scheduling and timesheets.
• Provide high-level customer service to contracts and management, maintaining relationships to expand contracts.
• Serve as liaison between contract customers, local partner rehab agency, and AHRC NYC to address issues.
• Be the "face" of AHRC NYC in the Austin region, representing the agency to stakeholders.
• Discover new partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
• Develop and present training materials for contract customers and program participants.
• Coach and train staff as needed.
• Reinforce site standards as determined by each contract customer.
• Provide on-site support and fill in for staff when necessary.
